Saskia Tamara Kaiser (*1994 in Dorsten - Recklinghausen DE) completed two vocational training programs before her art studies: one as a glass decorator with a focus on painting and stained glass, and another as a design technical assistant for graphics and object design. Building on this, she studied free art with a focus on glass at the Institute of Artistic Ceramics and Glass in Höhr-Grenzhausen. Currently, Saskia is enrolled in the class of Prof. Gregor Schneider at the Düsseldorf Art Academy.
In her works, she explores the philosophy of pain through the lens, of her biography. In addition to scientific aspects, her work incorporates poetic and philosophical elements, which she harmonizes through performative compositions, choreography and physical expression. She has formulated her own theory of pain, categorizing and classifying pain into four distinct types. She considers her work to be philosophical and sculptural holistic concepts that follow an interdisciplinary approach.
Her performances an sculptural concepts have been exhibited in solo or group shows at venues including the museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf DE, Kunstverein Malkasten DE, Asphalt Festival DE, Frauenmuseum Bonn DE, Photoszene Köln DE and Galerie Made in Balmoral, Schloss Balmoral Bad Ems DE. She hase received funding from the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia, among others.

Saskia Tamara Kaiser (*1994 in Dorsten-Recklinghausen DE) schloss vor ihrem Kunststudium zwei Berufsausbildungen als Glasveredlerin mit Schwerpunkt auf Malerei und Kunstverglasung und als Gestaltungsstechnische Assistentin für Grafik und Objektdesign ab. Darauf aufbauend studierte sie am Institut für künstlerische Keramik und Glas in Höhr-Grenzhausen Freikunst – Glas. Aktuell ist Saskia Tamara Kaiser in der Klasse von Prof. Gregor Schneider an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf eingeschrieben.
In Ihren Arbeiten beschäftigt sie sich, anhand ihrer Biografie, mit der Philosophie des Schmerzes. Neben wissenschaftlichen Aspekten tauchen in ihnen auch Poetik und philosophische Elemente auf, welche sie mit performativen Kompositionen, choreografisch und körperlich in Einklang bringt. Sie formulierte eine eigene Schmerztheorie, nach welcher sie den Schmerz in vier Kategorien unterteilt und einordnet. Ihre eigene Arbeit begreift sie als philosophisch bildhauerische Gesamtkonzepte, welche einen interdisziplinären Ansatz verfolgen.
Ihre Performances und bildhauerischen Konzepte waren in Einzel- oder Gruppenausstellungen mitunter im Museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf DE, Kunstverein Malkasten DE, beim Asphalt Festival DE, im Frauenmuseum Bonn DE, bei der Photoszene Köln DE und der Galerie Made in Balmoral, Schloss Balmoral, Bad Ems DE ausgestellt. Sie erhielt unter anderem Förderungen vom Ministerium für Kultur und Wissenschaft NRW.
